A while back my colleague and fellow blogger, Brandon Donnelly created a couple checklists for our simulation users out there to help them setup and trouble shoot their simulation and motion analysis. Well a relatively new product to our simulation product line is SOLIDWORKS Plastics. I thought it would be a great idea to create a similar checklist for all our Plastics users out there. This checklist will guide you through the basic setup needed to create a Plastics project as well as some troubleshooting tips to keep in mind when running into meshing problems.
On a slightly separate note, be sure to check out our Engineer3D! conference this coming April! This conference is the largest of it's kind in the Midwest and will feature over 80 technical break-out sessions as well as an appearance by SOLIDWORKS CEO, Gian Paolo Bassi! You can even come join me in a Hands-On-Test-Drive of SOLIDWORKS Plastics and see for yourself what this product is capable of....Looking forward to seeing you all there!
