You have just made the most wonderful and awesome parts list ever in 3DVIA Composer, you look down and the balloons are different sizes... what gives?
3DVIA has a setting to control the balloon size and it is right where you would think to look – Document Properties – Image Quality, yes image quality. Let me show you how to fix this. First you need to access document properties.
Go to the Image Quality area and set the callout width. For example, if you have item numbers in the hundreds then set it to 3.
After you set it correctly the balloons will be the same size.
If you want this to be the same for all new files, set this setting in the Default Document Properties area.
New in V6R2011x is the "uniform callout width" option, which will take the value of the largest callout and automatically set all of callouts that same size!
