“I have recently discovered the ability to add a time and date stamp after an entry in Notepad.exe. To create this stamp, type .LOG at the top of your .txt file. Make your entry and save the file. When you reopen your .txt file the time and date will be attached to the end of the entry.  Create more entries and save the file. Each time you save the file a new time and date will be attached to the end of the file. A useful discovery indeed. “
